President’s Message to the Shareholders: Dear Shareholders, The financial markets and the European crisis are very much a threat to liquidity and while some think this only concerns larger corporations with earnings, it is critical to the high risk capital markets of junior mining exploration. The price of gold reflects the continued market uncertainties. I would like to thank the shareholders for voting in favour of consolidation, name change and switching our focus to gold exploration. AurCrest has a better chance of surviving these challenges thanks to your support. Gold has outperformed other assets and a new discovery is one of the best high risk investments anywhere. AurCrest has continued to seek an opportunity to leverage our base metal assets, though the current environment has made this difficult. We appear to have entered a trend towards consolidation as juniors seek to ‘batten down the hatches’ and weather the storm. AurCrest has two active gold prospects and has been staking east of Red Lake in the Birch
I would like to thank all of our staff and shareholders for their continued support and look forward with great anticipation to the coming year as a gold explorer. Sincerely, Ian A. Brodie
