The sp is at $.135 and the offering is at $.185. Also they are only offering half a warrant for 12 months. Experienced investors require a full warrent for 24 months at a reasonable price in order to compensate for the risk.

I don't get it?

As for losing faith, Gold Canyon recently announced more gold discoveries on the adjoining property....so there is some reason for optimism.

However I would hope that Ian has learned that a one or 2 hole drill program does not cut it. Either do an extensive drill program or stay home.
