12.2 M shares become freely trading on April 18, 2011

I received a PM about my last post stating that there will NOT be 12.2M shares hitting the market on April 18, 2011, but only 2M shares.

That would have been the closing of the first tranche of the proposed financing (NR Dec.23,2010).These shares would become tradeable on April 24, 2011.

But the Jan.25,2011 NR stated, that "The Financing announced December 17th 2010, is now closed."

So, does anybody know whether there were more units bought after closing of the first tranche ? How many of the proposed 10M units @ $ 0.185 were sold in that financing ?
