So they are settling the debts at a 25% discount? That doesn't sound like they are too positive on the share price.

On the other hand, in looking at our JV partner, HLO, they did a reverse split a few months back and their sp has actually risen. It obviously has a long ways to go before it reaches the pre-split price of 10 cents but perhaps we won't fall victim to the reverse split.
