Tribute Minerals Inc. (the "Company" or "Tribute") (TSX VENTURE:TBM) wishes to announce that it has entered into agreements to settle an aggregate of $423,293.33 of insiders'' debts owed to 6 insiders of the Company in consideration for the issuance of 2,257,566 post-consolidation common shares of the Company valued at $0.1875 per share, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
