No they did not miss it initially with airborn geophysics.

They always thought this was a high priority target based on vtem and ztem and they called it the "swamp."

They were unable to drill it untill winter because it is in a very wet area that is fed by a spring as well as being in the JB Lowlands.

But when they drilled it this past winter they simply missed the anomaly with the drill.

The borehole crew was not in the area during the drilling due to the FN Blockaide, otherwise they would have done the crone borehole work immediately after drilling and would have redrilled it then.

When they recently got the borehole results, low and behold they saw that they just missed this conductor with hole #8.

Also the borehole data showed them that when they were chasing the nearby fault during the same drill program, again they actually came up just short of this anomaly. The 2 drill holes are at a distance of 500 M. This is the same anomaly. You will recall that they pushed the small drill to 400 M to see what was on the other side of the fault and ended up burning out the drill.

So this conductor (actually there are 2 parallel conductors) was spotted by both the VTEM and the crone borehole work. Unfortunately they decided to drill at a 50 degree angle instead of the original 70 degrees. Thus they just skimmed the top of the anomaly with drill hole #8. Had they stuck to the original plan they would have hit it.

This has been a very dry summer in the north because there was very little snowfall this winter. Ian was concerned that they could not drill this now if it was too wet so he brought in a pontoon platform to put the drill on. Aparently this is working and the drill is turning as we speak. They expect to do 80-100 M per day.

I am tempted to fly up and watch as the core is being retreived.

Thanks for the question money...it was a logical conclusion that you came to.

Yes the excitement is definitely back with TBM. In my opinion there is unlimited upside and very little downside because they have other interesting and valuable properties at Red Lake that make TBM well worth what it is currently trading at.

I am not sure there will be a hault on TBM pending assays because they do not have a hand held spectrometer on site and will not necessarily know what they have just from visuals. IMHO there will be no reason for the OSC to hault trading pending assays.

So you likely have 6-8 weeks to accumulate a position before the news breaks. Good luck.
