If you have lost confidence in the managment team - than I would think, you should lose the stock (sell) - thats why I no longer hold NOT stock.

Personally I have the confidence in this team and the BOD (Richard and John specifically) to sit and wait - how long did it take NOT to launch from the 0.10 range.....time measured in weeks for sure.....with this stock you either believe or you don't, if you don't then move on....if you do, than "be right and sit tight"
