Sorry RL, my post sounded negative when in fact we are very positive about the situation .
All I was saying was that TBM could be further advanced without the blockade but the same is likely true of others.
# of holes...7 in the fall and 7 0r 8 now.
Drilling is stopped for 2 reasons.
1. FN want to use the camp for the goose hunt
2. There is not a bigger drill available now.
After the goose hunt it will be breakup/thaw and drilling will cease till spring.
As soon as they can get in there with a bigger drill they will start to drill below the 300 meters and likely in the same vicinity. My guess is end of May, perhaps sooner because there is very little snow this year.
Also they will do the downhole work and identify the exact loaction of the anomalys within a 200M radius of each existing hole. This will give them a better idea of where to collar the next holes and what angles to drill.
This break will give TBM a chance to assess the assay results from this drill program and review the budget including cash position. If they need more money to continue exploration, we could see a new financing.
Based on the results of the fall assays and the implied success from the fact they continued to drill and send out core for assay, this is a very interesting play to say the least.
