(the "Company" or "Tribute") (TSX VENTURE:TBM) wishes to announce that an aggregate of 6,400,000 options to purchase common shares of the Corporation at $0.10 per share for five (5) years have been granted to six (6) directors (3,000,000); three (3) executive officers (2,300,000); and one (1) employee and three (3) consultants (1,100,000) of the Company.

The grants are subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
