You may be correct on that, with the following three News Releases as stated below just recently.

1) Mar 25th....Augen Gold Commences Independent Assessment

2) Apr 25th....Augen Gold Announces Adoption of Shareholder Rights Plan.

3) Apr 25th.... Augen Gold Engages John Tumazos Very Independent Opinions,

Time will tell.......
