UAX has been acquiring prospective properties in The Athabasca basin in the same vicinity as other successful Uranium explorers including Hathor.

Currently Geotech has been hired to fly their properties with Z-TEM following which they intend to do proceed with MT ground surveys.

The President, Gil Schneider has experience as president of a company that has been successful in using 3D seismic surveys to identify mineralized targets.

Hathor utilized this technology successfully to identify targets that led to their discoveries (Roughrider) in this same area of Northern Saskatchewan.

It is their intention to employ this seismic testing on all their properties including the 3 new properties aquired today.
