Athabasca Nuclear Corporation – Corporate Update

Vancouver, British Columbia (FSCwire) - Athabasca Nuclear Corporation (TSX-V: ASC) (“Athabasca Nuclear” or the “Corporation”) reports that it has accepted the resignation of Mr. Wong as CFO of the Corporation. Consequently, the Corporation has discontinued use of the services of Samina Capital Ltd., a company controlled by Mr. Wong.

A search process has commenced and the Corporation expects to appoint a replacement in short order.

Prongua Lake Diamond Project Update

Athabasca Nuclear further reports that it has completed its Fall 2015 airborne survey which was conducted on 804 line km of its Prongua Lake diamond project. Campbell and Walker Geophysics Limited of Vancouver, BC has been retained for the data interpretation with results expected in November.
