Hi Doc. We all have been through a scenario like this before. If the board knows something or not is not the question here yet, rather a potential take over company might get AR for a song at this point, islightly improved SP or not. Even if a 40 % over averaged market is offered it will go for a measly $ 4.20. And for sure they will not go much higher.

I guess only our resident average " downer " Rico might be smiling in a case like this.
