Of course you are right, or at least partly. Yes, we are speculators, yes, we know and take risks, yes, we get rewarded sometimes, but counting only on dividends on this play is a bit stretching it. It would take 2 1/2 years to make up the capital depreciation ( if the units stay at $ 6.50 ) and not counting the capital costs. At least that's the way I see it.
