Hey Joker..

Called TD and the plan of arrangement says that the anticipated date date of the agreement to be completed is the 11th Dec....IF there is no hold ups ..usually everything is transferred and the paperwork is all done and the Cash and shares are in our account..Allow 5-10 working days past the 11th for that to occur..so probably after Christmas and before the new year is my guess..

If it is before Christmas..Yippee!!
