Message: Frustrated shareholder

Jan 06, 2020 07:56PM

There has been huge damage done to FUNN ticker and management credibility. Trading in the 4s Cent makes only sense when shareholders accept and understand the damage.
there is and has been an never ending supply of shares been parked on the ASK with lately bigger BID whacks. Mostly MM CDEL holds the inventory but mM ETRD jumps in front of ASK offering quiet often.

Either we are talking big frustrated shareholder/s reducing exposure or shares from note holders hitting here after the stop sign restriction has been lifted.

this group of shareholders here seems to believe and think positive long term BUT please tell me somebody is also concerned with the value destruction in share price we are seeing EVERY day! we need 100% share price appreciation just to recoup lost year due to 2018 audit debacle.

I/we hold a substantial position and are very frustrated with management as we see the performance reflected in FUNN share price. Many emails stay unanswered and in my opinion that's simply unacceptable! If you choose to be a public company that comes with shareholder concerns & questions and if you choose to NOT hire an IR group but do it yourself then DO IT yourself! But don't just ignore shareholders.

2019 audit? Don't share the optimism here regarding your timelines BUT sure hope to be proved wrong!

There is an interesting question that neither Ben or Roger ever answered and I believe iHub poster "front loading " brought up to discussion too.... SnL is a fully owned subsidiary of Amfil, under SnL there is Morning publishing .... is that 100% owned by us shareholders or are there other shareholders of Morning publishing? http://entreprises.lefigaro.fr/snakes-lattes-publishing-31/entreprise-841411895#savoir-plus-tva

there was SnL Publishing formed in France prior to Morning acquisition with initial 10,000 euro later upped to 12,500 euro capital. Any definitive answers or maybe Roger or Ben clarified it to anybody already!

thanks
