I sat with CEO RM over a year ago, and have had 2 phone conferences. ON EVERY OCCASION [including several emails] Roger lamented his approach to getting those audits done. Hindsight is easy, but he admits he screwed that up! He wants to get the SP up a badly as do we, but can't control that like revenue increases. Of course, getting that '19 audit done [by 2/15/20?] and onto the QB will bring fresh investment, especially if he gets some public relations going [another downfall]. So, our approach has been that he KNOWS where mistakes were made and we remain FORWARD LOOKING.
