"The BLM issued tonight its Record of Decision and FONSI (Finding of No significant impact) approving the MPO (Mine Plan of Operations) for Copperstone. The Record of Decision gives BZA the right to build the mine now and operate the mine after posting a reclamation bond.
This action by the BLM has now increased the value of BZA to at least 70 cents per share with more gains after the BZA Management announces the method of financing.
Congrats to Brian Kerwin, his team and the BLM for this major success. La Paz County will benefit from over 100 new high paying jobs and the BZA shareholder will benefit greatly.
