Cerrado Verde Potash, Apatita Phosphate, Gold, Vanadium, Copper and Zinc
Dan, saw a note somewhere about supposed drilling next few months, I have sent an email to Mr. Veloso and will send one to Mr. Richardson as well asking for an update on the status of drilling.
AMZ came to own both the Tucano and Mimoso projects by way of purchase from a subsidiary of Toucan Metals Ltd. back in April of 09, finalized last June 21st.
Tucano has Vanadium and Uranium mineralization, interestingly though Uranium as a mineral falls under Federal monopoly, not sure if this would mean that going forward AMZ's subsidiary Uaua would need to form up an agreement with the Feds with respect of exploration of Tucano. It's my thinking that they may be concentrating all efforts on Cerrado Verde
As of June 19, 2009, Uaua Pesquisa Mineral Ltda operates as a subsidiary of Amazon Mining Holding PLC.
3 days later AMZ appoints Peter Gundy past Executive Vice President of Potash Corp.
Comparitively if you take AMZ 100km of claims and make a Ring shape out of em the Funchal Norte drill zone reminds me of the Blackthor of FWR's, difference here of course is that AMZ owns all the claims and the mineralization we are after has been confirmed by outcrop the entire length of claims. Reading another board i see that Pescod has stated that from drill results rough calculations on the deposit that AMZ has come up with approxiamately 100 million tons of glauconite already. That's only 3600m so far.
Will mount the response if and when i recieve one.
