The SOP PEA is very positive. I think we'll see some continued strong buying in the next day or two - the traders are the ones playing the news. Investors digest the news, then take action. I'd be thrilled if it hit 50 cents near-term, but I think that's a real stretch.

Once debt financing is confirmed, the project becomes "real" and distinguishes itself from the numerous potash projects around the world that look great in a PEA, but can't get financing because of weak real world economics. I said this in 2012 - debt/full financing is when I would expect to see the SP start marching upwards (and god I hope I'm right because the SP has been depressed for so long).
