So the Farhad interview in which he states 6 to 12 months for financing was done PRIOR to May 2014 ... since in the interview he states that they were finalizing the selection for the primary contractor.

If the interview was done in April as I suspected, the timeline for financing is still in place ... IE, late fall to early winter ... October to January timeframe-ish.
