Interesting to see ICL looking to get listed on the NYSE. I had asked Richard a few months ago about the AIM (London exchange) listing that was in the news a while back. His reply was that ICL was considering a listing on the NY exchange and Allana might follow suit if that were the case. This will get interesting in the next few months.

Regarding the 503 million that ICL is looking to raise, let's not forget they said they want to build a fertiliser plant in Ethiopia ... for about 600 million. So this equity raise they are planning is not necessarily for buying out Allana.
