My vote is for number 2. I grew that Alanna will only need to raise around $200 million. $100 will come from ICL (give or take) and the other $100 will come in after debt is announced... Which will ask be in before year end (at the latest) IMO. The equity will come in after the debt as they wait for confirmation of financing.
