It is clear Ethiopia needs revenue from it's natural resources to pay for the infastructure and as we know China is holding teh debt here. This is why I believe teh Chinese will pick up the BHP properties...

Allana's partnership with ICH will be a priority for the government as it will provide them with the much needed revenue. The question is will the Chinese want Allana?
