Do you know what was the date that ICL raised all that money? Maybe we can correlate with when the rumour of the ICL / Allana first appeared in publications. The rumour started in August 2013 if I'm not mistaken, so obviously they were in talks at that time. I wouldn't be surprised if the lending banks were also in on the talks and they made a deal where the lending bank would finance 65% to 70% and ICL would raise funds to finance the rest (as a loan to Allana). This is all speculation of course, but it would be interesting to see if the pieces all fit together.
