I would like to see some insider buying on the open market. Or at least they should be puting up some of their own funds to get the free shares. For example, for every share they buy with their own funds, they could get a free share or two or five or whatever. The point being that not ALL the shares are completely free. management and insiders should be putting some skin into the game.
