If Allana needs to raise more thru PP's that will reduce ICL's percentage . They can only take 30 % of any new financing.

Subject to the same minimum equity ownership condition following the Grace Period, ICL has been granted a pre-emptive right pursuant to which ICL has the right to participate in any equity financings of Allana up to the greater of (i) 30%

Forbes Manhattan were the largest shareholders until the PP with Liberty. Liberty were the big boys until ICl came along. Forbes is now a distance memory for us long term shareholders and anyone who bought the last few years probably have no idea who they are and their selling years ago.
