BMO Capital; Speculative Underperform Reaffirmed

12:42 PM EST, 12/01/2016 (MT Newswires) -- Timmins Gold (TMM.TO) tumbled in recent trade after BMO Capital reduced its target price to $0.45 while keeping a speculative underperform rating.

BMO believes that the cash flow generated from San Francisco will not be sufficient to fund the entire construction of Ana Paula, resulting in a funding gap.

BMO reduced its 2016 EPS forecast to $0.06 while maintaining its 2017 estimate of $0.02.

The stock moves at the lower half of 52-week range $0.10 - $0.80.
