I don't see how Capital Gold shareholders take this offer when there is a better one on the table.
At the very least, if I was a CGC shareholder, I would demand an auction for my shares. The current process makes no sense if you are truly looking to maximize shareholder value.
Cheering for Timmins b/c they have a better offer and are far better people.
If Gammon is successful, however, look for TMM stock to take off and climb to at least 2.75 without the weight of a possible acquisition on its shoulders.
