The SP of a company who is acquiring another company always goes down on the news, and this is normal while the acquired company, of course, always goes up. This is normal.

So, what do we have here? Two companies merging, hopefully, to form a larger company with lots of potential to grow stronger in the weeks, months and years to come. We have a great deposit, presently producing and the outlook for the future could not be brighter. Today is only day one of this acquisition, and I added to my position as I am sure there will be an upswing in our SP again, very soon. If the merger does not go through, then our SP will increase. We win both ways.

The volume did not indicate a major sell off which is also a bonus for the SH's.
