We expect Timmins' San Francisco gold project in Mexico to produce 80,000–100,000 ounces of gold per year at a total cash cost of less than US$430/oz. Timmins is trading at 3.4x 2010E CFPS, a discount to the average for other junior precious metal producers, and at 0.60x our estimate of NAV (5%, spot). We believe Timmins is likely to attract attention from potential suitors."
