Dudek about the PP

"I am not sure who will all buy. There is strong interest within the group. Our preference is to spread out the buying as much as possible to encourage more people to pay attention to us. Not sure why the high volumes, however, once the market knows you have money, they believe you can get stuff done and they believe that news releases will come.

We would have needed the money in about 2 months and our read of the market indicated that the market could be tougher for new raises at that time. Thus we decided to do the raise now. It is never a good idea to go dormant and save cash if you do not have to. We have good support and should be able to raise the money. "
