I have been trying to buy shares here for basically 2 weeks.

It's a classic standoff! I don't want to pay more than 14 and nobody wants to sell below 16.

I grabbed some yesterday at 13.5 but it didn't even show up in the volume which is really weird.

Volume is almost nil, which is to be expected as far as I'm concerned as there is really nothing publicly announced as far as plans. I do feel confident that things are in the works and the last 3 NR's validate that they are indeed switching gears.

I figure there may be 2 more weeks to accumulate (believe me I know I am basically talking to myself) and then perhaps these guys will announce some sort of gameplan with respect to Nicaragua.
