So, I decided to search out the Alda office in Richmond. It's a small suite in an industrial complex, and the blinds were drawn shut and no soul in sight. The only signage saying that it has anything to do with Alda is a laser printed sheet of paper taped to the door saying "T36 Alda."
Terry owns the Columbia Street location and was leasing it out to Alda for a pretty penny. I guess once he figured that he could lease it out to paying tenants instead of floating the rent himself, he evicted "himself."
My hope is that with the intellectual property and patents for T36, that a larger pharamaceutical will purchase them. The company's marketing capitalization is only worth about $4M as it stands, so I am sure a negotiated premium is possible.
TO's boast when the share price was hovering around 50-60 cents, that it will seem cheap at theses levels is absurd and empty. Excuses abound and a 90% loss to shareholders.
