AGM announced today for Dec 10. I think management will have a lot of explaining to do, so they better start making up some excuses now. I'm sure that the slow US/Global economy will be high on their "top 10" list.
More investors seem to be capitulating in the past few weeks and as the share price plummets, management has done nothing to stem the tide. If there is one thing we can learn from management's behaviour is that they honestly don't care about shareholder sentiment, and erosion of value.
TO's lack of initiative and motivation could be a sign of him retiring or resigning his post as company president. After all, he is getting on in years and has made a killing over the years pumping the company and flipping the stock. In other words, I don't think his retirement plan is hurting. It could be a positive to have someone take the reins that is more motivated but in the short term, it could mean sub .10 for some time.
Watching this stock and the slow bleed is truly depressing.
