Regardless, it looks like the PP will be closing the end of this month. Hopefully after it closes we'll get some idea of where they're heading.

I am not familiar with the rules and regulations regarding PP's, but are they allowed to have a material news release while undergoing a PP? It could explain the uninformative shareholder's letter. It truly was more of a restatement rather than adding anything new.
