I am pleased to see an NR for the company after not throwing us a bone before and during the Olympics. As discussed before, we realize the importance of protecting a company's intellectual property, and the patent basically is a step towards getting T36 into the hands of potentially another 20 million people. I am not sure of Australia's medical procedures, but I wonder if Alda will need to get approval or have clinical trials before it can be used or sold.
The share price seems to have stabilized since the downward trend of the past few months. I sincerely hope that management has something waiting in the wings post-Olympics because if the financials reveal poor revenue numbers and investors see that they've burned through a lot of cash, it could be a very bad situation for us. And considering the way TO has treated his shareholders with little in the way of support and transparency, it will be very hard for them to raise funds from future PP's.
If a potential acquisition is to occur in 3-years or so, management has to be laying down the foundation a lot quicker than it's been doing. Just my 2 cents.
