'free trading', as it refers to the private placement shares means that the 4 month hold expires and then the shares become 'free', think available, for trading.

the 4 month hold expires on Jan 17, 2010, and also after this date the accelerated excercise clause on the warrants starts(if the price is over 80 cents for 10 consecutive trading days)
