I don't know what exactly you want as an answer on this board.

You need to be a scientist to evaluate each ingredient that does into T36 vs. the leading sanitizer. I don't think there are any side effcts of a hand sanitizer beside maybe dry hands and from the bottle it looks like they have Aloe in it to take care of that. You are not ingesting a hand sanitizer. it's just for your skin.
