I know this does not relate to the same situtation and industry as ALDA. but i was doing some DD on Glamis Resources A. GLM.A On July 15 they came out with news about a PP similar to ALDA's

"Each Unit will be comprised of one Class A Share and one share purchase warrant ("Warrant") entitling the holder to purchase one Class A Share at a price of $0.54 for a period of five years. The Warrants will vest and become exercisable as to one-third upon the 20 day weighted average trading price of the Class A Shares ("Market Price") equaling or exceeding $0.80, an additional one-third upon the Market Price equaling or exceeding $1.10 and a final one-third upon the Market Price equaling or exceeding $1.40." on July 15 there stock price was around .50 cents

The PP closed July 31, 09. They had some aquisitions etc and bought deal financing as well. Today the stock price hit 52 week high $ 2.25.

Can't wait for ALDA to do the same thing, maybe i am just dreaming FOR NOW :-)
