Well, they might even have it sealed earlier, but the commission requires them to close the PP before haveing a huge news out. I know that they issued the Olympics news before the close of the PP, but because they changed the terms and scrapped the earlier ones the exchange does not mind it.

Given the amount of interest in the PP (I asked to be in and waiting to see if I get a piece), this may close faster than the 30 days.
