Pardon? G_M, you haven't been paying attention <grin>
For the past year, there has been several discussions with respect to Alda, the US listing and the American requirments. If Alda wants US investment on a penny stock, it's beet pretty well concluded it's the OTCBB (which is regulated).
Many comments were brought forward about the effects the OTCBB would have on Alda's reputation as if it were some kind of leper. Well the lepers are only in the 'pink sheet' catagory <grin>.
Many great and successful companies trading on US exchanges got their start from the OTCBB and this is a great opportunity to attract US investment without having to have a minimum share price of $1.00 or more over a consistent period of time.
