I have no clue, each company is Unique and as per the last MD&A, the process can go back and forth where SEC requires some answers, ALDA answers and they may have more questions / revisions. I tried finding information on the average time frame for listing in US and nothing. I found this though, it might not relate since it is for the TSX and a mining company

according to them it takes 3 - 6 months, which we have passed long time ago
