My thoughts fourwins is that most people who hate this deal have left and only a few are still on board. PMI is buying a non-controlling stake, for 75% premium to our PP, they will not be selling their shares and MDG now has the funds it needs for trail 1 and 2.

Now Andy needs to get the big funds to start running the SP up from now till we start getting into Phase 1, as I presume that if results of phase 1 were good we will be propably bought out.

Remember, management bought into both PPs, warrants and many bought in the IPO at 1$.

I know that some broker’s clients hold almost 5million shares in this, management holds another 5million and some deep pockets hold over 1million shares each, one of which is in Europe.

So in this crappy market we are in, I believe MDG will wind up being one of the top performers within 6-12 months. JMHO
