In 1980 Owen formed Helix BioTech. He took it public 1987 at .10 cents. In 1995 Helix BioTech merged with another company to form Helix BioPharma. Helix BioTech was trading at around 1.86 before the merger. The details are on Sedar. Helix Biopharma was at 1.29 when I checked earlier this year.

He has been at this game a long time and is quite experienced.
