Trust me what is going on in this entire market is not logical. I look at what Alda has done the past few months and I see that we dropped from 1.57 to nearly 10%, which makes no sense.

I know that Alda’s home made problem was simply a few out of control delays, namely the DIN and the US listing. However, I also look at this crazy market ad see that many companies that have lost billions of their value, many trading at 10% of their year highs and they are not even in the financial sector. I am not talking venture, I am talking real solid TSX companies.

During the past few days I spoke to TO and as usual he said that nothing fundamentally has changed and that people should be using those times to average down. Frankly, I have too much money already in Alda and I am not adding before I see the US listing.

Most brokers on Bay street and Vancouver have a very short term span for all venture stocks during good times, so you can be assured that during this time their only concern is to cash on anything they have. Having said that I know that if TO wants money he could get a financing done; he knows good people that have been in this market for 20+ years.

Alda needs to set a stream of news in a line, to get momo back into the SP and I believe TO has enough things going for Alda to start making it run again. However, as usual, things do not happen always the way one wants.

I truly hope that the SEC does not get back to TO with more questions, so that we can move ahead and get our US listing. This will result in having a new market and new market makers with deeper pockets.

Clearly investor fatigue has hit Alda and that is what is making some long-term believers bail. However, at this point I would not bail as I see far too many good things to come and I have no use of funds as I am still 80% cash.

I would ask the crowd here to suggest any questions that I can pass on to TO and I will get some answers for you.
