I'm in Vancouver but Alda is not here it is on Columbia St in New Westminister, technically apart of the GVRD. I believe Columbia is 1 of the main streets in NW so the building must be worth a few dollars.
And to our friend who left Alda and has made all his money back on financials, which I believe is in but a couple days, you're an amazing investor if the the banks are paying off for you in these markets.
