No I do not think so. The difference here is that TCC is also a free Board therefore all the informations should be free .

It is more like if you wish "free press" .- A journalist gets informations somewhere and he publish the news for the paper he works for!!!.........

In my opinion TCC would have more paying members if there was not that "TCC close" that do not appeal to too many !!!!
