Well the markets you can not control, it does not mean they should not release any news for months. by that time the stock price might go too low to recover to current levels. I beleive in the company but i believe the shareholders have a right to know what is going on with the company regardless of the market condition. news releases should not be dependent on how the markets are otherwise no company would release any news (good or bad) if the markets are unstable.
