I agree with you but there's a good side and bad. It's not like they are moving it 5 cents everyday. I don't think it will make a huge difference, since the opening price is determined by the market. Even if they can close the price at .30 when the bid is at .29. The next morning open will be .29 or lower if that is what majority of buyers and sellers (institutional investors or large share holders )want.

I say keep doing it just in case of a news release. I would rather see .35 to .45 instead of .30 to .40
